Clark Makes Management Appointments | Industry News

CLARK Material Handing Company has created a worldwide product engineering group. To lead this group, Chuck Moratz has been promoted to senior vice president of global engineering, reporting to Dennis Lawrence, president & CEO. Moratz will be responsible for overseeing and directing all engineering efforts worldwide. He will provide strategic leadership, project management accountability and direction for all engineering functions globally. Moratz has nearly 20 years of engineering and management experience with Clark. He has been COO for the past three years and part of the Clark management team for 10 years. 

CLARK also has appointed Chuck Mix as vice president of operations, reporting to Lawrence. He will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operational and administrative functions of the company. Mix brings more than 15 years of global & operations management experience and has  experience in organization & infrastructure development, P&L, financial control, staff selection, training, development, strategic vision & growth planning, systems engineering & integration, and program & product management.
