Bushman Equipment Acquires Intellectual Property of ITNAC Corporation

Menomonee Falls, Wi.-based Bushman Equipment, a manufacturer of custom-engineered material handling solutions, has acquired the intellectual property assets of ITNAC Corp. of Birdsboro, Pa. This includes the product brands, Flip-Rite and Level-Rite as well as the business name ITNAC.

ITNAC's signature products include Flip-Rite, a motorized strap-turning device used for rotating and positioning heavy loads such as dies, welded structures and machine assemblies; and Level-Rite, a motorized leveling device that may be used with a Flip-Rite or a spreader beam. Other ITNAC products include below-the-hook attachments such as tongs, rotating axis grabs, C-hooks and lifting beams. 

All of ITNAC's product sales, engineering, manufacturing and product support will be relocated to Bushman's headquarters in Menomonee Falls.
