Hyster Company's Best-in-Class Operator Training program received a 2013 Gold Aurora Award for its quality content, professional execution, and creativity. The Aurora Awards are an international film and video competition.

Released in May 2013, the Hyster Best-In-Class Operator Training offers comprehensive lift truck operator training. The two-DVD set covers all five classes of lift trucks, and includes everything needed to conduct the classroom component of an OSHA-compliant operator training program. In addition to detailed industry standards and leading-edge training methods, the program also offers downloadable support documents including an instructor’s guide, class-specific tests, operating manual, personalized course completion certificates and wallet cards.
