Lincoln Hoist and ProRigger Form Partnership
Ratchet-lever hoist manufacturer Lincoln Hoist, North Grafton, Mass., has joined forces with Sweden-based ProRigger to expand its business in Europe.
"We are a U.S. company aiming to extend our business in Europe, and we believe having partners on the ground with the necessary experience and expertise is vital," said Lincoln Hoist president, David Hallen.
Hallen said that ProRigger owner, Carl-Mikael Nordén, is a perfect example. "He has worked in the European lifting arena for 10 years and has successfully built a network of customers throughout Europe," he said.
From 1949 through 2008, Lincoln-built hoists and sold them through the Lug-All sales organization. "We are now selling these tools under our own brand, Lincoln Hoist," Hallen said. "As always, our products are proudly made in the United States and have proven to be a trustworthy tool for the lifting industry."
Nordén said he has admired the quality and performance of Lincoln Hoist products over the years. "Whereas many companies are going to Asia for branding their non-original hoists, there is nothing better than representing an original brand," he added.
