Papers Submitted for Houston Crane Users’ Conference

Dan Beilfuss, national sales manager, Magnetek Inc., has submitted his final presentation to be delivered to a delegation of overhead crane and hoist users at Maximum Capacity Media's Industrial Crane & Hoist Conference (ICHC), set to take place July 19-20, 2011 alongside the Crane & Rigging Conference (CRC) and Reach Expo at the Crowne Plaza Houston/North Greenspoint, Texas.

Beilfuss will address the audience on "Automating an Overhead Crane and Hoist System", examining the health and safety benefits that come from automating an overhead crane and hoist, including removing an operator from dangerous conditions; how maintenance costs can be reduced; diagnostic capabilities not found in a manual system; and provide an overview of the technologies used in an automated system.
