Fabio Fiorino Takes Konecranes Executive Board Position

Fabio Fiorino, former president of Morris Material Handling Inc. and R&M Materials Handling Inc., both now part of Konecranes, has been named executive vice president and head of business area service, of the Hyvinkää, Finland-based company. Fiorino, currently vice president, head of service, region Americas, will succeed Hannu Rusanen and also become a member of the group executive board. Fiorino has wide and diverse experience with Konecranes since 1995. In addition to heading business area service within the Americas since 2009, he has held various other business development and marketing roles within the group.

In a further management shake-up, Harry Ollila will step down from his duties as head of market operations and member of the group executive board. He has agreed to be available for special assignments on a consultancy basis, as separately agreed. 



Mikko Uhari, currently executive vice president and head of business area equipment, will succeed Ollila. He will also be responsible for global account management.



Hannu Rusanen, currently executive vice president and head of business area service, will succeed Uhari as executive vice president and head of business area equipment.
