Southworth Products Releases PalletPal 360 Air Level Loader

Southworth Products, Portland, Maine, has introduced the PalletPal 360 Air level loader, which allows operators to ergonomically build or break down pallet loads. The unit automatically adjusts the height of pallets as boxes are added or removed using a heavy-duty reinforced rubber air bag that maintains the top layer of stacked containers at a convenient height.

The PalletPal 360 Air can accommodate loads from 400 to 4,500 pounds. Its turntable ring (or optional turntable platform) enables users to easily rotate the load while standing in the same spot throughout the loading or unloading process. All of the unit’s components are contained within the diameter of the turntable ring so users can step closer, allowing full 360º access, which makes loading and unloading pallets faster, safer, and easier, eliminating lifting and other injury-producing movements common to pallet-loading applications.

The pneumatic palletizer requires no electrical power.  Once the air bag is inflated by shop air or a portable compressor, it can be used anywhere. Fork pockets at the base allow for easy relocation.

Additionally, the PalletPal 360 Air is ideal for non-uniform loads. The base of the unit is extremely stable and requires no floor lagging.
