The Crosby Group Makes Leadership Changes

The Crosby Group, Tulsa, Okla., announced that Larry Postelwait is retiring after more than 40 years with the company. He has led the organization for the past 25 years as president and CEO.

Jason Struthers has been named as his replacement effective immediately, but Postelwait will stay on board for a period to ensure a smooth transition. Struthers brings almost 20 years of global industrial manufacturing experience to The Crosby Group.

Struthers' background includes sales, marketing and operational leadership roles at Parker Hannifin, IDEX Corp., and most recently KOHLER Co., where he was president of Kohler Power Systems.

Struthers earned a bachelor's degree in engineering from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign as well as a MBA from Ashland University. He currently resides in Manitowoc, Wis., but will relocate his family to Tulsa.
