Gorbel Introduces Force Sensing Handles to G-Force Product Line

Gorbel, Fishers, N.Y., announced the release of a new series of handles for its G-Force product line, the Force Sensing Handles. These new handles are the result of working closely with customers to help create a more versatile product offering with the G-Force line.

The Force Sensing Handles detect any upward or downward force applied, whether directly to the handle with the in-line and remote-mounted design, or anyplace below the collector on the hub-mounted version. Rather than using displacement of the handle as with traditional slide versions, the Force Sensing Handles create the opportunity for elongated handles or tooling, which is great for high or low pick points where a hand-over-hand motion might be required.
