SuperArm Offers Adjustable Head Height

The SuperArm, a new version of the Magic Arm below-the-hook crane attachment, offers greater capacity and adjustable head heights. U.S. construction methods often feature thicker floors than the original Magic Arm could accommodate. With an adjustable head height, the lifting hook and C-shape double pulley, will allow operators more flexibility in delivering construction loads directly to workers on elevated floors.

The new device adjusts from 29 to 59 inches and is rated at 4,000 pounds, up from 3,300. It is available through Nycon International, Westerly, R.I. and Barbary Coast Crane & Hoist, Hayward, Calif.
