Haulotte resumes face-to-face training in Africa
Haulotte Africa relies on a wide distributor network to provide a high level of local service across multiple countries. To support its distributors’ specific technical needs the company delivered a training course this month (March), to Premium Group, a capital goods distribution company in Burkina Faso, West Africa.
Premium Group’s staff benefited from an in-depth course on the Haulotte HA12 CJ articulating boom. The three day programme also included the use of the Haulotte Diag tool which allows remote access for maintenance technicians to diagnose all Haulotte machines.
Updating and developing skills is essential for technicians to be able to work properly on equipment. By offering regular training to its distributors, Haulotte promotes better working conditions and enhanced productivity on job sites.
Ahmed Errouissi, service manager at Haulotte Africa said, “We are delighted to resume face-to-face training. We alternate between theoretical presentation and practical exercises to strengthen the knowledge learned in the classroom.”
Additional training is already scheduled for the Premium subsidiaries located in Senegal and Ivory Coast by the end of March.
