Haulotte Iberica strengthens ties with Elevarte
Supporting its partners to provide the best customer experience is an important part of Haulotte Iberica’s service. The subsidiary has concluded an agreement with Elevarte, a Spanish rental company based in Madrid, for an enhanced cooperation over maintenance work, equipment upgrade, genuine spare parts use, and continuous training.
According to Tomás Javier Moreno, commercial department manager at Elevarte, “Collaborating closely with a major manufacturer such as Haulotte is a way to stand out from competitors.”
The rental company aims to supply its customers with fully operational machines. From now on, maintenance and safety inspections will be handled by Haulotte experts so that the equipment will always comply with regulations.
Luis Perez Santos, service manager at Haulotte Iberica, said, “The deal covers 24 machines this year.”To ensure customers get the best from Elevarte equipment, the company decided to systematically use Haulotte’s genuine parts in its workshop and in the field.
Elevarte also decided to implement new technologies on its machines to improve their performance, such as the Haulotte Activ’Shield Bar anti-entrapment innovation on two Star10 AC vertical masts. Other models will soon be equipped with the Haulotte Activ’Energy Management technology to optimise the lifespan of the batteries or with the recent Sherpal telematics solution, which will help the rental company to take the right decisions at the right time.
Moreno said, “Thanks to Haulotte’s product training, our staff will be able to provide our customers with accurate and in-depth knowledge about Haulotte aerial equipment.”
