Balcony crane for efficient flexible lifting

Uplifter brings the balcony crane to Germany, the Czech Republic and Poland. The UPFC180, UPFC180 Glass and UPFC400 Glass balcony cranes from the Spanish manufacturer Elevall now complete the Uplifter range. The patented system closes a product gap in the market: the transportation of loads over floors, simply, quickly and easily, without high costs, but with a high lifting height – these criteria could not be implemented simultaneously until now.

The UPFC balcony cranes were specially designed for transport over floors. The load lift can be clamped between the floors or alternatively set up with legs and counterweights. The easy-to-move assembly lift is suitable for renovations, building extensions and in areas that cannot be reached by elevator or crane. Depending on the model, UPFC balcony cranes with electric cable winch impress with a lifting capacity of 180 to 400 kg and a maximum lifting height of 60 or 100m.

Bulky, delicate and fragile materials can be lifted easily. The floor lift with electric cable winch in the Glass version (UPFC180 and UPFC400) is not only used for materials such as windows, marble, window sills, furniture, beams and building materials of all kinds, but also for fragile glass, window elements, plasterboard or wooden panels and various sensitive materials. This model is equipped with state-of-the-art reversing technology, enabling users to maintain full control when controlling the balcony crane, both when starting up and when gently lowering and stopping. No jerking, no jolting, just moving and positioning glass and other loads with millimetre precision and, if necessary, very slowly. Equipped with a particularly sensitive electric wire rope winch, this floor crane for glass, is easy to transport (separate motorized trolley) and simple to assemble.

The balcony crane can be used instead of a trailer crane, whose reach is limited to an average of 15 storeys. It is said to be more flexible than conventional alternatives such as wire rope hoists or pulley blocks. The crane safeguards employees from heavy lifting up and down stairs. The balcony crane can also be used in stairwells, roofs and terraces and does not require special permits or road closures.
