Susan Xu addresses female leaders in Brazilian rental

On 2 October  2024, Sinoboom’s CEO Susan Xu took part in the Summit Rental Gestoras, held at the Hotel Pullman in Guarulhos, Brazil. This event represents the largest gathering of female leadership in Brazil’s equipment rental sector, with a program of inspiring presentations from key industry figures, and a focus on business development and the meaningful exchange of experience through speeches, panel discussions and networking.

Susan Xu’s presentation was entitled “An Inspiring Journey” (“Uma Trajetória Inspiradora”), in which she shared insights from her perspective as a successful co-founder of a world-class MEWP manufacturing company. Drawing on Sinoboom’s own journey, from its inception in a small workshop in 2008, to its current position as a respected global supplier of diversified, high-quality equipment for working at height, Susan was able to shine a light on the value of her tenacity and clear vision for what Sinoboom could become. “It was a unique opportunity to learn more about Brazilian culture and get a better understanding of its local market and needs. We all shared experiences and learned from each other, which will help us to continuously improve our partnerships with customers and help them to grow faster. It was a pleasure to be part of this inspiring initiative”.

During the event, Sinoboom Brasil’s Business Development Director, Marcelo Yamane, also gave a presentation, detailing the high-quality services and assets the subsidiary offers to Brazil’s rental industry. “It is a unique event in our market that develops female leadership and empowerment. We will continuously support As Gestoras and believe this project will enhance the rental market in Brazil. Sinoboom Brasil is fully prepared and ready to serve our local customers with long term partnerships”.

Summit Rental Gestoras 2024 was attended by around 200 rental-industry professionals. The event is designed to be a unique opportunity for those attending to be ahead of the trends and innovations transforming Brazil’s rental industry, and was created and hosted by Talita Záccaro and Helen Záccaro, partners at Locaza Rental.
