Active Access Chooses Hinowa – Industry News
Scottish rental company Active Access has wasted no time under new ownership to expand its specialised access fleet.
The company has ordered a further ten Hinowa tracked booms from the Scottish Hinowa dealer, APS. This consignment consists of a mix of 17.75, 20.10 and 26.14 machines – and is in addition to three new machines delivered earlier this week. It will bring Active Access’ tracked boom fleet to 14 along with the Hinowa 14.70 that the company already owned.
Sales and operations director Leigh Baker said, “This order demonstrates to our customers that we are committed to bringing innovative and specialised products to support our already extensive access fleet, including our range of Nifty HR hybrids and bi-energy booms.”
Active Access was sold to Euro Mechanical Handling (EMH) recently, after intense negotiations.
APS Sales Director (North), Shane Paver, said: “The Hinowa tracked booms selected by Active Access include the latest innovations, such as remote controls for operator convenience.
“We have enjoyed a great relationship with both Active Access and EMH for some time, and we are delighted that they have such belief in the Hinowa product line that they see the benefits these machines can provide for their customers.”
