BETA SL Electric Wire Rope Winch Has New Options
Columbus McKinnon Engineered Products, Kissing, Germany, has added more options to the BETA SL electric wire rope winch from Pfaff-silberblau. Options include a frequency converter, a pressure roller, and a slack rope switch. Additionally, the BETA SL is being delivered with short lead times.
The BETA SL electric wire rope winch is available with a standard-fitted gear-type limit switch and electrical control for lifting capacities ranging from 250 to 2,000 kg. It meets highest safety standards in accordance with the regulations of EN 14492 for cranes, power-operated winches, and hoists, as well as the German Employers’ Liability Insurance Association Regulation BGV D8 for winches, lifting, and towing devices. Featuring an enclosed worm gear pair or spur gear and a three-phase asynchronous motor with electrically ventilating spring-type disk brake, the electric wire rope winch ensures reliable operation when lifting, pulling, and positioning heavy loads.
Due to continuous production and Kanban supply at Columbus McKinnon, the winch is available to the customer within just a week. During the wait time, designers can download CAD data for the BETA SL. With the free online tool "CAD & Go“, they can download 2D or 3D models and process them locally. No registration is required to use "CAD & Go."
