Barnhart to buy Taylor Crane Rental
Crane and Rigging Co and Taylor Crane Rental, of St. Louis, USA, have entered into an agreement under which Barnhart will purchase Taylor, including its operated crane rental service and all associated personnel and equipment.
Established in 1946, Taylor Crane Rental is a respected family-owned and -operated business that provides crane rental and crane services within a 300-mile radius of St. Louis. The acquisition will further enhance Barnhart’s presence in the Midwest, where Barnhart already operates a number of branches in Illinois, Indiana, Iowa, and Kentucky.
“Taylor has an excellent reputation for customised lifting solutions for jobs of all sizes, as well as a highly- trained and dedicated staff. Their team will help to secure Barnhart’s position as the best lifting and logistics provider in the region,” said Dan Webb, Barnhart regional director.
