CMCO Hires General Counsel and Assistant Corporate Secretary

Columbus McKinnon Corp. (CMCO), Amherst, N.Y., a leading designer, manufacturer and marketer of material handling products, has named Alan Korman as general counsel and assistant corporate secretary, responsible for corporate governance and business strategy as well as day-to-day legal guidance.

Korman earned his law degree from SUNY-Buffalo and began his career with Hodgen-Russ. Prior to joining Columbus McKinnon, he served as general counsel for Ivoclar Vivadent, a manufacturer of sophisticated dental products.
