GGR Group has been updating its fleet again with the 42t capacity GF420 pick-and-carry crane and the tracked steel beam lifter. In addition, the CL-W Cladding Lifter and the Mini Clad-Man have been updated
The GF420 offers a lifting capacity of 42t and a 1395Ah battery that can provide hours of continuous operation. Due to its narrow 2090mm chassis and maximum lifting height of 13.8m, this all-electric heavy lifting machine has a small working footprint and is suitable for situations where there may be limited workspace.
In addition to having a 180deg rear wheel drive system for improved control and manoeuvrability, the GF420 pick and carry crane comes with an extendable chassis to achieve the maximum 42t lifting power.
Safety is paramount on the GF420. coming complete with reversing cameras and a fully integrated SLI system.
The GF420 pick-and-carry crane is an environmentally friendly, zero-emissions machine that can be used in industrial settings, factories, substations, civil works, ULEZ compliance and clean air areas. It can help customers lower their carbon footprint without sacrificing operational effectiveness or lifting capability.
The Tracked Steel Beam Lifter, is a robust solution engineered for the seamless installation of steel beams, including I-beams, RSJs, and universal beams. With a lifting capacity of up to 720kg, it’s useful tool for construction and installation teams handling heavy steel loads.
Compact in design, it’s just 780mm wide, making it suitable for navigating tight spaces and confined work areas. Its pick-and-carry functionality, combined with a durable tracked base, streamlines material handling, reducing labour time and boosting productivity on-site.
Fitted with non-marking rubber tracks, this lifter safeguards delicate surfaces, making it suitable for indoor use while able to handle rough, uneven terrain. Two outrigger legs guarantee stability, ensuring safe and reliable handling of beams up to 720kg.
The fully radio-controlled operation allows operators to maintain a safe distance, while the optional onboard foldaway standing platform and remote holder provide comfort and ease of control. A built-in LED work light enhances visibility in low-light conditions. An optional hook allows lifting up to 990kg with outriggers deployed for added versatility.
Operators can fine-tune movement and speed due to a petrol engine with a 3-speed function. Designed for heavy-duty use, the built-in bed/platform can carry loads up to 800kg that can have an optional extension of 500mm.
The CL-W is a cladding vacuum lifter designed especially for lifting and installing industrial cladding panels weighing up to 375kg.
Panels can be safely manoeuvred from horizontal to vertical, a movement typically required for wall cladding panel installation, thanks to the manual 90deg tilt, and can be configured to lift vertical or horizontal wall panels with the manual 90deg rotate function.
The Mini Clad-Man, was designed to lift & install a wide variety of industrial cladding panels for horizontal walls, vertical walls, and roofs.
With up to 300kg lifting capacity, this cladding lifter can lift panels up to 18m in length and comes with its compact stand for ease of transport.
