H&E Opens New Store in Lubbock, Texas | Industry News

H&E Equipment Services Inc. (H&E) has opened a new store in Lubbock, Texas. The reconstructed facility is 20,000 sq. ft. on 15 acres, with office space, parts warehouse, a large yard area, and a six-bay repair shop that includes two, 5-ton overhead cranes. The facility is capable of repairing a variety of machines from compact construction equipment to large cranes.

The Lubbock branch will specialize in aerial lifts, telescopic forklifts, compact and some large earthmoving equipment, and general construction equipment.  Products will be offered from the following manufacturers: Genie, JLG, Multiquip, Skytrak, Sullivan, Gehl, Wacker, Skyjack, and others.  Manitowoc, Grove and Manitex crane products and services for the area will continue to be provided by H&E’s crane division store in Dallas.

Commenting on this expansion, Marty Emigh, H&E vice president of operations and expansion, said, “We are extremely pleased to increase our presence in west Texas and expand into the Lubbock market. This area has a strong and diverse economy, including energy, healthcare and education, along with commercial and residential construction.  We are anxious to provide our new and existing customers with the resources of a full-service H&E operation."

In addition to equipment rentals, the facility will provide new and used equipment sales, in-shop and mobile service, a comprehensive parts inventory, training and other value-added services.
