Jekko moving forward
Jekko srl brought its dealers together to show new machines, new factory space and develop relationships for the future.
Jekko international dealer meeting took place in mid-May in Jesolo, Italy and brought together 60 people representing 30 dealerships from around the world.
Jekko was established in 2016 from a spin-off of the company Ormet srl and the subsequent partnership with Fassi Gru SpA.
The aim of the meeting was to share knowledge and build relationships between the dealers. It was opened by the president, Diego Tomasella who retraced the history, vision and mission of Jekko and concluded by introducing Giovanni Fassi who briefly explained the reason for the new partnership.
Alberto Franceschini, export manager, summarised the situation of the mini crane market today and market trend for the next five years. He also introduced the three new JF cranes – JF-545, JF-30 and JF-40 – articulated crawler cranes developed in collaboration with Fassi. Finally, Igor Paghera presented the new after-sales organisation in which Jekko is investing significantly to give to its dealers the best service possible.
In the evening the participants joined the Jekko team for a dinner on a boat through Venice’s Canals.
On the second day, all the distributors had the chance to visit the new Jekko production plant. The new plant in Godega di SU, is intended to be used as assembly department, it is a 12,000sqm site – 4000 of which is covered. It complements the 5000sqm site in Colle Umberto, which houses the headquarters with administrative and commercial offices and the carpentry department.
Jekko was very happy with the event saying that all dealers were involved and enthusiast during the two days and demonstrated their optimism for the future of Jekko..
