Jungheinrich and Fricke found joint venture

Jungheinrich AG and the Fricke Group from Heeslingen in Lower Saxony are combining their expertise in the fields of intralogistics and spare-parts wholesale to launch a joint venture for the international sale of spare parts. The two companies see considerable growth potential in particular within the independent after market and within e-commerce.

Fricke's many years of expertise within e-commerce combined with Jungheinrich's expertise in truck construction and service provide outstanding opportunities for a highly customer-friendly provision of spare parts."

Founded in 1923, Fricke successfully operates within the international trading of spare parts, agricultural machinery, commercial vehicles and gardening technology at a total of 57 sites in 21 countries. With headquarters in Heeslingen in the Lower Saxony region of Germany, the owner-operated Group employs 2317 people, of which 194 are trainees and apprentices. Group turnover in 2017 amounted to more than EUR 700 million.
