Manitou’s electric MRT 2260 model at Matexpo

After presenting its new MRT Vision and Vision+ ranges remotely a few months ago, the Manitou group showed the first MRT 2260 rotary telescopic forklift at the Belgian trade fair Matexpo.

With a load capacity of 6t for a working height of 22m, this model offers a level of performance equivalent to the motorised ranges, and will be available in three versions. There is a full electric version equipped with a lithium-ion battery for an autonomy of up to 4 hours of work. A hybrid ‘range extender’ version has a diesel engine to recharge the battery for continuous use. And  full electric version this time equipped with two lithium-ion batteries to double the autonomy for customers using the MRT up to 1000 working hours/year.
