Mike Kuzdal becomes Chief Operating Officer of The Crosby Group

The Crosby Group has announced that Mike Kuzdal has joined the company as chief operating officer.

Prior to joining The Crosby Group, Kuzdal held various senior leadership positions with Precision Castparts, most recently serving as the vice president/general manager of the Canada Business Group with PCC Aerostructures. Prior to Precision Castparts, Mike held various senior leadership roles in operations and quality with companies such as Morgan Advanced Materials, Nex-Tech Aerospace and Betts Group.

Kuzdal has extensive experience serving in quality and plant management roles in private equity owned businesses in the industrials market. Additionally, he has a track record of successfully transforming manufacturing environments and implementing structure and systems to companies to ensure future growth and success.

Kuzdal has a BS from State University of New York, Fredonia and served in the United States Army where he was a non-commissioned officer serving the US in 1986–1989, 1990–1991 (Desert Shield), and 2001–2002 (Enduring Freedom). He also has a Quality Systems Engineer certification from ASQ World Headquarters.
