Mollo Noleggio acquires Tuscany-based Edilservice

As of 1 November  2023, Edilservice based in Monteriggioni, Siena, Italy has become part of the Mollo Group, reaffirming its growth strategy in its national territory through acquisitions.

Acquiring competent and reliable companies with consolidated experience, deeply rooted in their original territory, and sharing the same values that have guided the Mollo Group for over seventy years is part of the growth strategy undertaken by the company led by brothers Mauro and Roberto Mollo.

Edilservice has become the 54th active Mollo centre in Italy and the fifth in Tuscany.

The new acquisition follows those of Monia Noleggi, Parmiani Noleggi , PMP and most recently Manetta Noleggi.

Edilservice has been operating for over 30 years in machinery and equipment rental. It also boasts an excellent technical assistance service with specialised personnel in the inspection and maintenance of equipment, providing customers with solutions of the highest quality and safety standard.

Now Edilservice has joined the  Mollo Group: its customers can rely on a solid structure capable of offering a wide range of high-quality equipment and services, along with cutting-edge digital solutions.
