New iCraneTrax Features Simplify Fleet Dispatch and Management

The new job pipeline report displays all upcoming jobs and their quote amounts, while the new map report displays appointment, customer, and job locations on a map.” The name of the person who scheduled an appointment can now be added to customer calls reports as well.

The time block feature, which allows users to assign equipment and personnel for a designated time period, assists with payroll and provides more accurate availability of equipment that can be called out on rent. Now default time blocks can be created for standard uses such as labour or equipment runtime, making data entry more efficient. Likewise, it is now possible to specify typical workdays on crane utilization reports. Time blocks can also be displayed in job notification emails and can be optionally added to dispatch tickets.
