New Isoli 19m Truck Mount Launching at Vertikal Days – Product News

Italian truck mounted boom manufacturer Isoli will launch a 19m (62ft 4in) working height machine at Vertikal Days – a UK lift and access exhibition.

Available soon in the UK from Isoli distributor APS, the PT 190J is a simple, robust and competitively priced telescopic boom with jib. It provides a maximum platform capacity of 250kg, more than ample for two people plus tools. Designed for rental companies, the hydraulic controls make it easy to use and easy to service. The booms can be mounted on any chassis cab, however APS recommends a 3.5t Nissan Cabstar, as it can then be driven by any holder of a standard UK driving licence.

The PT 190J goes into production in June, along with the new MPT 140, a 13m (42ft 7in)working height articulated boom, mounted on a pick-up truck. It shares the same simple hydraulics and robust design ethos as the PT 190J, making it an excellent rental product.

The first opportunity for UK customers to see the PT 190J ‘in the metal’ will be Vertikal Days, which takes place at Haydock Park racecourse near Liverpool on 15 and 16 June. The Isoli machine will be shown on the IAPS Group stand. Both of the new Isoli models will be immediately available to order from APS, which is part of IAPS Group.

These new products are part of a huge overhaul of the Isoli range. This includes an entire new series of easy to use truck mounts aimed at the rental sector, as well as a new range of higher specification vehicle mounted booms targeted more at end users.
