New mass production site for Clark in Vietnam

Clark Material Handling Vietnam Co. Ltd, located in Hai Duong, Cam Giang District, is the newest production site for Clark’s counterbalance forklifts, where it will produce S-Series IC engine trucks and higher capacity trucks for global markets across North America, Europe and Australia.

It also guarantees that specific regional product requirements can be met and high availability is guaranteed worldwide.”

“During my visit to the plant, I was able to convince myself of the high manufacturing quality as well as the high standards of punctual delivery and customer satisfaction. With the start of production in Vietnam, we have taken an important step for our long-term success on the world market”. 

The production site covers an area of 5ha ensuring room for future expansion. The plant has a production capacity of 10,000 units per year. There is also the purchasing of supplier parts on site as well as an R&D team that develops cost-efficient and market-specific materials handling vehicles together with the worldwide Clark development departments.

At present, there are 350,000 units operating worldwide. Clark is the first forklift manufacturer in the world to be certified in compliance with the internationally accepted quality standard ISO 9001 for all its forklift manufacturing plants worldwide.
