ProLift Rigging Acquires Advanced Riggers & Millwrights

ProLift Rigging, a full-service heavy lifting and rigging company, has acquired Advanced Riggers & Millwrights (ARM), LLC, a rigging and plant relocation company based in Riverside, California.

Former Advanced Riggers and Millwrights owner and CEO Jerry Hufman will continue to lead the team in serving customers across the western United States. The branch will retain its name and provide the same quality service, now complemented by ProLift’s heavy lifting and rigging expertise and nation-wide footprint.

ARM has a long history of exceptional project-based machinery moving, plant relocation services, equipment installation services, warehousing, crating and transportation services. The acquisition will add an experienced bench of certified riggers, sales, project management, dispatch and back office personnel; together with 60,000 square feet of warehouse space and VersaLifts with up to 140k capacity. The ARM team, tools and facilities provide additional depth to ProLift’s project buffering capabilities – equipment moved from OEM to storage to site, set safely.
