Sinoboom Australia expands its service offering

Global elevating work platform manufacturer Sinoboom has further increased its service levels with the opening of its new facility in Brisbane. Sinoboom Australia’s national service manager, Conrad Christian, said, “Expansion of our service centres is critical to our national strategy. This new facility, just like our facilities in Sydney and Melbourne, will support our customers with equipment sales, parts, workshop and field service support.”

Sinoboom Australia is now working within its fourth year of operations and has made a significant impact on the Australian EWP industry. Conrad said, “As a Chinese brand we need to work a lot harder than other manufacturers to meet customer expectations and achieve consumer confidence. Outstanding service support and ease of doing business is key, everyone within the Sinoboom Australia team is committed to the strategy and the hard work is paying off as we establish the Sinoboom name as a premium brand around Australia and the rest of the world.”

2024 has been a big year for Sinoboom Australia, with the establishment of its Sydney and Brisbane facilities and the introduction of field service teams across these three facilities. Conrad said, “We now operate factory-trained field service technicians in all our facilities and we will continue to grow on our numbers to ensure we are prepared for the future. This expansion will also see our parts department grow with a major parts centre being establish within the new Brisbane facility, placing Sinoboom parts across all three locations with major parts centres in Melbourne and Brisbane.”
