UniCarriers Americas Announces Winners of Service Excellence Awards | Industry News

UniCarriers Americas Corp. has named the winners of its Service Excellence Program (SEP) awards that acknowledge the achievements of those dealers with the highest of standards in aftermarket service. The below winners are for the fiscal year that ended March 31, 2013.

“Congratulations to our Service Excellence Award winners,” said Dan Domberg, director, customer quality and satisfaction, UniCarriers Americas. “It’s a pleasure to see the list of winning dealers grow each year. The team effort and priority that these dealers have given to achieving total customer satisfaction make them very deserving of this acknowledgement.”

UniCarriers Nissan Forklift brand dealerships that participate in the SEP meet standards across seven main categories including business planning, employee competence, and customer satisfaction. The standards in each area result in dealerships that provide more efficient work order processing and billing, well-trained and certified technicians, as well as overall quality products and services for their customers.

Those dealers who excel across the categories recieve on of the program’s three levels of awards: Gold, Silver, or Bronze.
